a lot of sheeple I imagine will. I imagine a lot of others will auto switch into survival mode too, and itl get a little crazey for a while.

as for the chavs , ii imagine their brains will just overheat and leak out of their ears the second facebook gos down so no need to worry about them.

most of them will be sat waiting for an announcement about a new iphone that can produce food or something.

yes, its the "problem" family with the feral kids you have to watch out for, they have no rules and no morals, they will attack you for anything you've got, a packet of ciggies never mind your store of food!!
Some people that prefer to be alone arent anti-social they just have no time for drama, stupidity and false people.

RE: What are you most grateful for?
they are the ones I live amongst.
my kids don't play out because of them all.
im surrounded by them.
theyle never steal anything of mine though.
I know exactly who all of them are, where all of them live, and their famillys.
their older brothers and sisters make sure I get no trouble.
and their older brothers and sisters wouldn't dream of giving me any either.
If they do decide to push their luck, il make sure they never try it again.
that's if theyre left in a state to be able too.
the locals don't worry me.
Its the others that will come into the area that worry me.
im hoping the locals will be a deterent to them lol

yeah, same here, everyone around here knows me and they know to step lightly around me, i wont take any BS. luckilly being in the countryside we are no where near a large urban centre, and any refugees wont be coming this way, they will be going East-away from us, thats one of the reasons why we picked this place.

I expect more people will abandon where I live than come here. once tshtf there will be really no reason for anyone to ever come here.
but people do some weird things when under pressure.

domestic reasons suck.
same reason I left brixham lol
I liked Dartmoor a lot. infact I liked the whole area a lot.
the whole way of living down there is different.
you can still feal a sense of freedom. (probably just a better illusion lol)

i came back up north and was greeted by big steel green gates and fences round all the streets. like a POW camp. it was a culture shock, took ages to get used too.

it was nothing like i remembered it

nope, there still is freedom here, i guess in part because of the big open spaces.
