It's funny how unreal most vinegars actually are.
Balsamic vinegar, for example is stored in decades in various types of barrel and sold in really small bottles! As you can guess, it sells for a hell of a lot more than off the shelf balsamics! The stuff off the shelves is just sweetened crap!!!
