Chuffed to heck, Mrs NR has just finally been promoted to MATRON from sister, By god she has worked hard for 35 years to get that far, we are so proud of her. ( no bloody wage rise though)

well done Mrs. NR! don't understand why no wage increase though...surely promotion brings her onto another wage scale??
