DG, I don't know what kind of response you may get from a post made in Dec 2011 and that was a copy/paste from another site. However, if the produced solution is the same as household bleach (and it appears to be,) "8 drops of the concentrated solution per gallon of water. Just like normal household bleach!", then I'd think you'd treat and use it in the same way you would with a bottle of the bought product, diluting as appropriate.
No guarantees though...
Appears to have been a copy/paste (correcting myself...)
