I can undertand why they did it but it does seem pointless.

If you are working you need more fuel than if you are sitting about. Fact.

My stores are based around us sitting around for most of the day until we can get out. Then there is a jump in calorific intake to compensate for the extra work. That extra work is creating the next lot of calories.

Even so, it isn't going to be easy. We are not used to going hungry.
