You kindly provided me with this list when I was looking for our retreat.

...from which I am now sending this reply.

We achieeved 17/20 score ( 85%) and are satisfied. We lucked out on items 11,12 and 15 but none of these were critical to us. I have to wi=onder if its possible to find an ideal 100% score.?

So again, another good list from you NR.
