But Jonas didn't say define it in advance & accept no alternative. At least not the way I read & interpreted it. From my point he was saying think of ALL possibilities based on the information available & once at the scene eliminate as many of them as you can 1 by 1 until you get a diagnosis that fits based on what you see. I will admit to not reading everything thoroughly though so if I'm wrong, feel free to correct me.
