What animals do you keep for food?

I don't have any at the moment but Rabbits are top of my list, low profile for my neck of the woods and can masquerade as pets until the time comes to gear up production. Chickens and bees would be runners up.

RE: Conies
I would envisage that all three could work together. However there are issues with bees which I talk about on the main site. Depends on your neighbours.

Thanks Mr Dhude

I have now read that article, I must admit I had not considered more than a single colony or the bee crap! I guess the apiary will have to wait until I either move or get a little land somewhere.

Reynard,

No problem. I've come to the same conclusion.

RE: Conies
What sortof rabbits were you considering? Wild rabbits that you would capture or bought rabbits? If bought what type?
