Yikes! A slow decline for the next 35 years. I thought they were talking about me. A very interesting piece seemingly backed up by hard facts. Of course it will get zero news coverage so as not to panic the masses leaving those in charge time enough to fiddle their expenses and build that 2 storey underground concrete extension to their lovely Cotswold des res.
