depending on when the event happens, you may not even get your first harvest until year 2, certainly 18 months is quite possible, and as for "leisure time" we will be working harder than ever as everything will have to be done by manual labour-horse power if you are lucky.
Some people that prefer to be alone arent anti-social they just have no time for drama, stupidity and false people.
