The disease and violence risk from the migrants

when you look at the news reports about the European migrants and those that are still in Calais and see the filth they are living in, a lot of it self inflicted, I cannot but think about the many diseases they must be carrying simply because of the sheer numbers cramped together.
in any serious disease outbreak I still feel the only real action to take would be self isolation, stay away from everybody else until the outbreak has run its course, the reason that most contagions spread is due to the population numbers therefore giving the germs multiple "hosts"(although i'm not medically trained i'll fully admit) so the obvious course of action is to remove ourselves from the multitude.
