is it specifically cnc or just a plain manual milling machine you're after? there are loads of old engineering bits and pieces out there , when I get my new workshop up I already have a myford 7 in storage that I was given in beautiful condition with a load of tooling , milling is possible if a little slow and cumbersome with a pillar drill and the right tools/vices.
Nothing is fool proof for a sufficiently talented fool!!!!
