Back to guns, many of us who obviously would like to have that basic human right to own a gun legally for self defence, but are required to ask the police to give us permision for something no one has the right to deny us in the first place. We sadly choose NOT to apply for a licence or Certificate and go without owning a FA or SG, The increased threat to our preps, caches and stockpiles by intrusive cops checking our guns are stored safely is just too great.

I would rather risk being unarmed but not on official radar than get a licence and face frequent visits from nebby cops who dont live on the same planet as the rest of us.

Under the older War Laws and Emergency Powers acts if activated in a national emergency the cops and military have the absolute right to come and sieze your guns to be either stored, destroyed or used by the authorities !!!, Imagine them knocking on your door asTSHTF and searching your house for your guns and finding your caches of food and fuel etc, they would confiscate it all instantly.
