So what you have there is a non-government, third party controlled refugee camp system???

Like all other systems of this nature, this seems rife for abuse and exploitation containing terms like irreversible transfer, mandatory placement, leaders and chosen confidants...

Should be no different to a government controlled refugee camp system.

Rife for abuse and control but this is what happens when you are refugees.

Moral is don't be a refugee.
