We don’t have a Hobo problem over, but we are blighted by tinkers (usually irish) who find a playing field, or even a car park and fill it with caravans (and rubbish), they have new 4x4s (probably not taxed or insured), and will flood an area conning elderly people to have gardening and building work done, which they don’t need,at exorbitant prices.

Then there are the eastern european shoplifting gangs (women) going round the country. A few weeks ago at some traffic lights not to far away, if you stopped several romanian women would surround your vehicle with buckets of water and a cloth and start cleaning your windows demanding money, they also send kids as young as 5 or 6 begging, “money money gimmy money”.

The problem with a free and affluent country is that it attracts the scum from all around, and when they have no respect for the law what chance do we have, especially as tptb are cutting police numbers.
