BP, Yes, I agree with you, the only difference is that Socialism introduced the Nanny State, whereas the Tories do encourage a certain amount of self-reliance. This is the reason I prefer them. Unfortunately, mankind will certainly never have a perfect Government because people think differently. The things that I like may not be to your liking. Those who never work will always vote Socialist for the free handouts. Kenneth Eames
