thats why most people seem to exist on ready meals and take away's, very few people cook from scratch using fresh ingredients, trouble with that is all processed food is full of additives and chemicals, and they seem to put Palm Oil -which is carcinogenic-in everything.
Some people that prefer to be alone arent anti-social they just have no time for drama, stupidity and false people.
