just started my veg garden first time for me been reading posts about them on here vegs going up in the shops and sprayed with god nos what so grow some veg my self

if you grow your own veg at least you know whats gone into it, the supermarkets take the veg on display and every night they put it in a cold room, then in the morning take it out into the shop again, thats why its always wringing wet!-dosent do it any good.
