Bristol 10K

I did the 10k run round the down's just before I left Bristol about 10 years ago....totally unprepared(only ever did dog walking at the time)managed to finish in the top third(39 years old)through grit and determination but boy did I suffer after it though , missed 2 day's work lol......used to do 10 milers running most of it backwards bellowing at crow's back in the day!(2 or 3 a week!!!!!!)
