I was on the 40 meter band this morning and was told that the radiation from the latest solar flare will arrive here sometime tomorrow. My antenna will be uncoupled from the radio tonight!

Mine too, but its not expected to be anything grand, the spacecraft sensor sent down a short 8 second film of it as it hit them, it looks like a big flash followed by a snow shower

So we are in summertime now, are we near to the DATE you mentioned, or has it passed, it does no harm to have knowledge of these potential events even if nothing occurs, cheers

well I hope he's wrong as i'm away touring Europe with some pals and leaving the wife and kids at home. at least they'll be ok, i'll be shafted!
