ALL medicines have a plant base, most of them now are a side line of the petrochemical industry but originally all medicines came from nature, post shtf we will have to go back to the originals, no stock of modern medicines will last long after the collapse.

I think all this is a rant against the NHS and it started trying to state you should make alternative arrangements.
So;
Make alternative arrangements to the NHS as you can't rely on it.
