Jonas that sounds great that you have a "Comunity"thing going , here in the UK community spirit and bonds seem to have withered and died , i only know my next door neighbour and a member of my bike club across the road , thats it in a street of maybe a hundred families , i envy you that mutual support team spirit thing you have...bugging in what be a much better thing with that.
Nothing is fool proof for a sufficiently talented fool!!!!

same here, apart from an old retired farm worker down the road I wouldn't trust any of my neighbours as far as I could throw them, their all "straights"(as a Biker you should know what that means-right?

), we'd like to bug in if possible, but wife dosent think it will be safe here post shtf, so we have sussed out alternative BOL's(8 or 9 at last count-in all directions) just in case.
Some people that prefer to be alone arent anti-social they just have no time for drama, stupidity and false people.
