there is virtually no land with that particular lot BB, just the bit that's on top of the bunker, but the pump house which is a different lot number has about 3 acres with it, that one has a guide price of £25K.

Looks awesome, I was looking into buying 3 aches of woodland up Northumberland had a stream running through wildlife roaming including deer and the price was only 24k needless to say it got snapped up pretty quickly
