I'm presuming this camp is full of those "houses on wheels"? I hear they're pretty flammable, especially with all those full gas bottles laying around...
This year alone the farmer who owns the surrounding land has had to round up at least half a dozen mangy Horses that escaped and ended up in the fields, munching his crops, but he can't do a thing to stop them it's a mental situation. The law can't fine these fuckers because they just move on escaping justice. If you did anything to the Horses the Bleeding hearts would make your life a living hell, and you would probably get fined and end up having to buy a Horse to replace it.
