Another site I saw said similar, if as a prepper your a bit overweight dont worry just look at it as survival food storage..

Grumpy and Mike, you are both so right! with my extra fat i can last a lot longer (post SHTF) than all these trendy skinnies!!
Some people that prefer to be alone arent anti-social they just have no time for drama, stupidity and false people.
