Steve, where did you get the red dot sight from and was it easy to fit?

I fitted a Weaver rail, the threaded holes were already on the gun, and mounted an NC Star reflex sight. It doesn't suffer from parallax errors as much as many other cheap sights.

The sight has survived well, bear in mind that the moderated shotgun has little recoil and I mostly use subsonic loads in it.
