Not a lot of people know this but fats/meat thickens the blood, make hearts work harder due to thicker blood, and not just by a little bit.

Going by the results posted it seems near on every member of this board is an athlete we should all be in the Olympics, I train 3 hours a day cardio, so how the hell some of you are testing so low during illness and after lots of coffee only leads me to believe you are supermen, how wonderful is that.
