thanks, wife was in farming in her younger years and is a better hand with a boning knife than i will ever be. unfortunately we lost our only butcher a couple of months ago due to the cost of business rates.

Some people that prefer to be alone arent anti-social they just have no time for drama, stupidity and false people.
