The reason we cannot legally put up barbed wire is exactly for that reason BP. A crim got injured on barbed wire, while trying to break into someone's home, and they sued the person with the barbed wire! Then B-W became illegal with the basis for the argument being this legal case! The same is true with having broken glass on top of a wall! It's illegal because it's injured a crim!

The more I think about this kind of thing, the less I feel locking my front door is of benefit to me haha. Some crim might sprain his ankle trying to kick the door down.

yes, that was the kind of case i was referring to. i hope some crim dosent get in front of me while i am doing my target practise!
