I'm currently taking 5000 i.u every day and have been for a year, never felt better.
Colds and flue I always very bad before, for weeks at a time, I hardly have a sniffle anymore.
In fact when people around me have a raging cold or flue I have just that a sniffle.
And a constant bad pain in my elbow from years of misuse went after a few months of starting on it.
