Ask him what Internet Browser he's using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome etc) and then get him to try another. This will see if its a browser proble.
If its a login issue then maybe we can reset his account but it might be worth him seeing if he can try the above or creating a new account (the latter we can delete later but nails down the issue to being login problems).
