Handy if your captors are innept....never would i restrain anybody to the front ...quite impressed he broke them behind his back though ... restrained should mean restrained...use the captives belt or belt loop to restrict movement...and if in doubt or manpower is lacking then hobble them with another tie and take them to the floor
