Bad planning and duff advice will get people killed. How many harden combat troops will be released when they come back from tours of duties in the coming months hundreds if not thousands with all the cuts.

We are not saying current serving troops would come and attack you to take what you have because they will have a job to do. There is nothing like experience, reading fiction war books will never ever prepare you for a fire fight or skirmish which is most of these encounters would be. Learning from real experience, practising day in day out to clear a house from top to bottom from entry to exit in a couple of minutes going safely and effectively. Training with live explosives live rounds, patrol, setting parimeter security, defensive positions, hand to hand combat.
