My experience on other forums has been that our head-in-sand liberals of mis-applied compassion have a distorted view of reality. The unfortunates they want to feel good about helping are the same ones who compete with our domestic urban poor for benefits and jobs. While the USA, at least for now, still has great resources and infrastructure, our Dear Leader is spending us into oblivion. We cannot save all of the unfortunates in the entire world. We are already destroying our economy taking care of the dependent welfare class they have already created, without bringing in more of them, just so that the people who are intent on spending other people's money can feel even better about themselves.

What the do-gooders fail to realize is that the special interest groups they bribe from the public treasury for votes, would be the first to be beheaded or stoned to death under Sharia law. When their favorite domestic victims and recipients of entitlements are targeted for elimination by a foreign culture which doesn't value life, they might realize that they are next on the list and have only themselves to blame. Actions have consequences.

I don't wish to offend anyone, but does any of this sound uncomfortably familiar?
