Bugging out??

i'm thinking of doing something similar Scythe but i'm currently trying to get an up to date map of the area showing all the footpaths so that i can plan a route, once i know the route and possible stopping places i will recce the route and find where best to leave any caches. there are various ways of getting there so i want to plan alternative routes in case 1 or more are blocked on the day.

That's a good plan. I need to pick up some maps of the Bristol/Bedminster area.

Have you tried the walk with full BOB's yet?
