have been to a market this morning about 20+ miles north east of here, all the rivers were full-and i do mean FULL, any more rain this afternoon and they will be O U T, there is water and mud across the road, OH and i were saying that there used to be Council Employees called "Hedgers & Ditchers" who were employed to keep the roads clear of surface water, dosent happen these days as Councils dont employ anyone to do this anymore and all work is done by subbies and the minimum is done NOT the maximum, once TSHTF and NOTHING is done it wont take long, maybe 1 winter, and the roads will become impassible, give it a summer and mother nature will start reclaim her territory.
