So you either use the above, which seems to be what that chap is using (battery stored electrical charge so not free), or you move the wire coil back and forth on the magnet or vice versa with your hand in order to induce an electrical current (also not free as achy hand).

Free energy does not exist! it is a scientific impossibility unless you are a photosynthesizing plant and can turn sunlight into energy (fungi are exempt and operate on a whole different life plan). Anything man makes to harness natural power requires energy to make, we get nothing for free. Youtube is full of pseudo scientific claptrap the two most prevalent being "Free energy" and "flat Earth". Our Universe is run on entropic principles which means everything dies, planets, stars, galaxies and all organic creatures. A universe that has "free energy" would not resemble the one we have.
