Some people that prefer to be alone arent anti-social they just have no time for drama, stupidity and false people.

Loving that boot space. What a sophisticated and refined Armageddon we'll have. More tea, vicar?

It is unarmoured, Not armoured as the article states, as far as I can make out. A good model name for the fibreglass vehicle would be "INFERNO"... lol

They put a coat of military paint on it. Compared to an ordinary Reliant Robin that is armoured.

They are pretty strong on some ways. On hitting a tree, they bend, and then pop back into shape. They don't rust, and have a galvanised chassis too. It hung together OK when I rolled it at speed, in fact it landed back on it's wheels and I carried on going... minus a wing mirror. Mine has a slight 'special' engine. It would get up to 90 before it would start to take off. I got to 95 but at times only one wheel was on the ground, so I bottled making the ton. But I reckon the motor was good for it. So you understand how my rolling it was inevitable. And when you do manage to smash them (brick wall, wife driving) then you can just pop-rivet some ally over the holes and it actually looks all the better for it. I wouldn't like to be in a burning one though. When I got a fuel leak, I replaced all the hoses with new, very promptly.
I always felt safer on high-powered motorbikes than in the Reliant. |
