What they do is every so often is E mail clients and tell them they will do something on special offer for respected customers, such as offering a knife at a heavily discounted price. So this day I got an E mail sent at 2.30 PM telling me I could buy a good quality folding knife at an amazing price as a reward for my continued custom. I got the E mail at 2.45 pm and opened it ( only 15 minutes). I immediately thought I'll have one of those knifes and went to buy it..... Sorry limited stock all sold out was the response !!!!!!!!! in fifteen minutes since the offer was started, they must be joking I thought, but no, in the middle of the afternoon when most people are at work they do a promotional special offer for previous customers and within 15 minutes is finshed. Yeah and pixies live in my garden. So I take my custom elsewhere and so far I reckon Hiennie have lost about £700 of my business.

fair enough sounds odd to me Tongue but its not impossible i guess, they are certainly very popular, in fact yours is the only bad opinion i've ever heard of them!

i plan on buying ALOT from them xD...ive built up huge huge lists of stuff lol, its a great site, i thought it was fairly well known, but ill be sure to go and post it so everyone knows Smile

I love heinnie, order loads from there. So much in fact, I'm now on first name terms with Linda who works there. That's when you know you're ordering too much Sad

Caveat Emptor Smile
I'm saving a bit by getting my mates and family who are still in uniform to get me stuff from Pxs or base shops, ( Gerber 400 multi plier for £18 last time) plus I'm only 20 minutes drive from John Bull, Catterick Army Supplies, Altberg factory shop etc so I'm not biting my nose off Smile
Plus all my Blade tech and Cold steel blades plus the compasses I appear to be eating lately I can get from the specialist outlets at fair prices.

you wouldnt happen to have a cold steel srk in aus 8a would you? because im very intrigued about its performance, aesthetically its one of my favourite knives, but that dont count for shit if it does retain a decent edge and can handle some rough stuff Smile....the main stopping me from getting one is the accunts of terrible customer service and too common defects and flaws Tongue....2 reasons why i'd rather get a fallkniven Tongue

anyways sounds like you got some good avenues going Smile
