all i mean about siberia is simply a place to put the overflowing crowds that currently occupy english prisons and cut down the cost of looking after muderers and rapists, most people still go to english jail, but if you murdered or raped anyone, straight off the frozen wastes 40 quid a week, sure beats spending the 30-50k they spend, per prisoner, per year at the moment!

and no worries about space and starting to fuck with free thought in that way, is garunteed to be the beginning of the end.

It starts off with murderers and rapists and then goes to people that failed to pay taxes and then on to people that have put too much waste in their bins. As with all government things it is a slippery slope.
