sorry for my ignorance, but why would anyone want powdered egg?? we can get the real thing around here, free range and fresh from the chickens bum, and no shortage of places to buy it either, and cheap too-average price 90p-£1 for half a dozen.Big Grin (and i can get Duck Eggs too!)Tongue

Oh no, no, no BP. Things have come along apace since the War. I already have some. Took some on the Ladies Bug out camp and made a spiffing omelette and cake!

i still think i'll go for the real thing, the Hen Welfare Trust people are not far from where we live so i MAY invest in 2 or 3 chickens in the future when the world situation warrants it.
