Interpretation of headline: City of London elites tell their vassal state (the USA) to urge Cameron not to let the UK withdraw from the EU. Obama obeys his moneyed masters which permits key Tories to openly maintain their pretence of wishing to quit the EU on the one hand whilst on the other unfortunately being afraid of the damage doing so might cause the "special relationship".

latest poll has UKIP in front of the tories, well in front of Lib Dems and just behind labour.
