RE: BOB Food
I bought several MOD ration packs broke them up and now have several meals and beverages. I also have plenty of nuts and dried fruit. I don't have much chocolate tho. I like little packets of jam (little ones from cafe) sweet and tasty and many different flavours.

Interesting! What does a MOD ration pack consist of??
I'm the same, 3x mod 24hr packs
they are like "MRE's" but they actually taste nice, cant stand those american MRE's they sound so nice on the packet, but fail to deliver!!
British Army rat packs are either highlander or wayfarer boil in the bag pouches, plus some yummy goodies, brown biscuits etc etc
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/261210426664?v...636wt_1170
might seem pricey for 3+ courses, but you get plenty of extras that makes it worth while

and before anyone starts going on about "not for resale" etc, you can take your high horse for a long ride off a short pier!

RE: BOB Food
I love my British MRE's my local army surplus store sells them at nine pound ago! So I always buy a few from there. Cheaper than any Internet place I have found.
