10 days to go, have we got an idea how many are meeting up here with a when and where?

100 mile round trip for me so may want to bring some extra stuff if ok with you lot (providing I can make it myself!)

I'll finalise the arrangements at the weekend. So far it sounds like 6 but some have time limitations and can only make the morning.
