I have recurring hip injury so the occasional swim/walk or cycle ride is it for me now...been back to the gym a few times but it just keeps breaking down....as for training the mind....it never stops bubbling away, I read a lot.
Nothing is fool proof for a sufficiently talented fool!!!!

We have 1 car so i have to ride my bike to work 5 miles and walk around the lake daily. I just try and fit my exercise into everyday instead of setting time to goto the gym. I work the mind by reading as well.

long walks with the dog- "contemplating the meaning of it all" +cycling +longer walks around car boots and Markets(we can walk MILES around these things!).
Some people that prefer to be alone arent anti-social they just have no time for drama, stupidity and false people.

Martial Arts winter in the gym summer working festivals where I get to test kit and ideas. Also have a group of like minded friends who also work festivals with me so we get to do some scenerio training
