Re-enforced the parcel shelf with timber battens to allow it to carry more weight.
used black out mesh to blank out side and rear windows to improve privacy.
Built cargo frame so I have space to secure petrol and water jerry cans.
Trying to find way of installing tie down loops
Trying to alter the spare wheel well so I can invert the spare and be able to keep more gear in the wheel hub centre.
Exploring the best spot to fit a piece of plastic drain pipe to keep a 70cm / PMR magmount antenna in, the underside of the parcel shelf is looking to be the most likely at the moment.
I really have to find some place to install a second battery as the OE one is only about 40 AH

i seem to remember the engine bay looking very empty in my agila but it was only the 973cc triple cyl motor...think the suzuki's have a much bigger 4cyl engine.....got me thinking now about one as a bov...wonder if you can put bigger wheels on to raise the ground clearance....i've seen them converted to campers already.

and they are relatively tough...you should see the abuse father inlaws has had heaped on it.

Time to collect seeds for next year. Clear the last of the stuff out of the greenhouse and give it a good clean out.

Moved most of my preps and reference books out of my student accomodation, and taken them back home. I intend to just keep a bob there, as I'd have to leave anything else behind.

Invested in an Austrian Scythe and an Azada as alternatives to power tools.
Picked up a couple of leisure batteries, 500W inverter and a smart trickle charger as insurance against power outages.
Equipped cottage and Mother's apartment with auto-on emergency lighting.
Started to clear and expand some of the natural glades in the woodland in preparation for edge-planting with fruiting shrubs and fast-growing broadleaves.
Treated 4X4 to some new all-terrain tyres.Cool
