Here's a video showing the Talon shooting a .308 cal 115 grain bullet head at 24ft lbs. They can shoot ball bearings as well as bolts, and because the bullets/BBs travel down a rail and not a tube they are apparently legal to hunt with??? (not sure there though)

Found out how to make payments to my student loan. So if precious metals suddenly jump in value, I'll sell them and wipe out a big chunk of debt. I am considering this now that there is much talk of privatizating student loans, which would allow them to raise the interest rate dramatically.

That's right Highlander, that's the store he sells them through. But they are made in Scotland, and Mr Iain Anderson is a scot.

I did check out the Talon ones. I'm certain that at one point you could get a fishing attachment for them, but I'm not able to find that now?!

After this one that fires ball bearings I'm ditching the crossbow in favour of a bow like McCavity has. That's a beauty, enough power for anything I'll ever need and surprisingly easy to fire accurately. Much better than the little compound thing I have and the long bow.

As ive mentioned before if you are over my way I would reccomend going to the archery store I use to get yourself 'measured' for the correct size / weight bow.

Yeah, definitely mate. Get Christmas and the New Year out of the way, and the house move, then I'll be over so you can show me the shop.
