since ive been here my kit keeps growing. there was so much i hadnt taken into account.
worst one was totally forgetting about air polution being a problem. and considering where i live that was pretty dumb.
im in an area where its more likely.

I also like these dried fruit packets, they are great to nibble on, weigh very little and last for ages,.. the ones I often nibble on are Montedos exotic fruit mix

its all just fine tuning now. (for my plan)

the rest is the fun part , gaining new skills,
weaving fences . building ovens etc.
maybe a bit of archery.

all work and no play isnt good.

oh and learn a bit more about hunting small game,

I carry a small pair of PMR radios with me. Always handy, give the missus one and tell her to call you when she is finished shopping and wants it lifted. The kids when they are with you in a busy place. The boys when we go shooting. Always handy.

RE: Important kit you might have forgotten?
plan on getting some, theres a playground about 400 metres from the allotment, plan on giving kids one and sending them to play, when we do some of the heavier building work (keep them out of the way)

i dont own a mobile phone (kids either) so I wouldnt remember to carry a radio when went shopping,
and its rare i go shopping unless its garden centre or hardware store.
