But we all know that you can't learn everything in 10 minutes. You need to build up experience so relax. Decide your priorities, plan and then execute. Monitor your progress and, if necessary, reprioritise and replan.

Even the journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step.

By deciding to do this you have already increased your chances of survival if an event occurs, minor or serious.
