MREs are OK for short term, but not as a steady diet. I prefer military LRP-CW rations for long term storage

But for the most part my food storage is what I normally eat, either stockpiled from the grocery store, or supplemented with dehydrated or freeze dried items in #10 (2.5L) cans from an assortment of vendors:
